Global Network Management workbook published
Global Network Management –project has published a practical workbook: "Global Network Management – Ideas and Tools for ICT firms to succeed in international network environment".
Building on over 170 interviews of top-level managers conducted in over 70 Finnish ICT firms, the book provides practical tools and methods for managing international partnering in the turbulent high-technology business. In addition, the book helps understand what is required from a firm’s functions and processes in a partnering based business.
The Global Network Management -project is carried out jointly with Technology Business Research Center (TBRC) at Lappeenranta University of Technology (LUT), and Turku School of Economics (TSE).
